Actually there is a misconception with some dieters and foodie fitters, that having peanuts and tree nuts may cause unnecessary weight gain and ill for health. Actually not, researchers purpose that eating peanuts and other kind of nuts provides you resistance against the heart disease. And the amount of fat and calorie count in these nuts won’t provide you much weight gain. These nuts contain ample amount of antioxidants, which has ample use. People I think antioxidants has an effect on anti-aging. So guys go it. Hope a handful of nuts for a day will satisfy your cravings without creating a bloated belly.
